Lockhart's Enterprises has been installing and distributing quality vinyl waterproofing and aluminum railings in North West Washington for over 20 years.
Our ProductsWe work with the thickest, most durable products in both the vinyl waterproofing and aluminum railing industries. SunFree Vinyl is the only waterproof membrane available in a 66 mil (82 mil overall) making it the thickest in the industry. It is a class A rated roofing membrane. Armor Rail is the only rail system in Northwest Washington engineered tough enough to meet and exceed the new 2006 IBC requirements.
